M&M's finally embraces the green ones

Many (many) years ago, on a trip to Indianapolis for our state’s high school marching band contest, some of my classmates presented me (their drum major) with a 1 lb. bag of ALL green Peanut M&M’s.
It was both hysterically funny and oddly touching, considering how hard I’d been driving them to get ready for the competition. To this day I have no idea how many lbs. of M&M’s they had to buy in order to fill the bag with just green ones.
Turns out my fellow band nerds were WAY head of their time:
