I think MS has been gliding through legal loopholes and legaleese for too
long. What they do is unethical and what they make isn't that great. It's
unfortunate that it's taken this long to clamp down on their
passive-aggressive software building. Now they have more money than many
countries and I can't see fines like this one deterring what history has
proven they'll continue to do.
