Double milestones reached today!

I'm putting two red stars on the calendar today.

The first because it's my second anniversary with my kick-@$$ hosting service Blog-City. I tried a lot of blog hosts before landing here two years ago and can attest that it's a really fine platform with great customer service.  If you're thinking about starting a blog, or relocating an existing journal...give blog-city a look.  You won't regret it!

And the second red star is because sometime over the last 24 hours my hit-counter recorded a cool quarter of a million visitors to ShazzerSpeak. Which is not to say that all of those clicks represent actual readers.  In fact, according to my site-referral statistics, an awful lot of folks end up here while searching for pictures of Swedish soccer star Fredrik Ljungberg in his underwear.

Hey, whatever works!

But just so the Freddie fans aren't too disappointed...
